Another easy recipe...

Hey girls! I have been away for a couple of weeks due to a death in the family which kind of brought me to one of those places that I needed some quiet, down time. I do appreciate the sweet emails checking in with me to make sure all was well!

So, today I wanted to pop in and leave this recipe because it is so yummy and so easy! Again, it comes from Country Door Catalog http://www.Countrydoor.com. It is called Lila's Simple Broccoli Casserole and my family loved it!

Lila's Simple Broccoli Casserole

10 oz. packaged frozen broccoli, thawed
10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
10-3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz package herb-flavored stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Butter 1-1/2 quart. casserole dish
3. Place Broccoli and soups in casserole dish and mix well
4. Toss the stuffing mix and melted butter in a bowl then add to casserole dish
5. Stir to mix
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes
